Close to Wyck is the 'new' district Céramique, which is well-known for it's lifestyle and architecture. The name comes from an earlier destination, the factories of the Sociéte Céramique. Since 1995 the buildings here are of various internationally renowned architects. The best known are undoubtedly the "Bonnefanten Museum" and "Centre Céramique".
The "Bonnefanten" Museum is the Limburg provincial museum of ancient, modern and contemporary art and has a varied exhibition offer.
